Returns

Our return policy is 14 days from the day you receive your order. You may return an item or your entire order for an exchange or a store credit only. Your order must be shipped back to us within 14 days of you receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange or a store credit. We do not offer refunds at this time. If you choose to receive a store credit, you must use your credit within 6 months or your store credit will expire.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition, and with tags.

To complete your exchange or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.

If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and an exchange made or a store credit given via email.


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned for store credit. All sale items are final.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
